Yarra Valley Art Show is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Our privacy policy adheres to the National Privacy Principles as required under the Privacy Act 1988.

Yarra Valley Art Show may:

• maintain artist's information in common with Gallery 247 which provides the software platform the Art Show runs on,
• from time to time, publish statistical analyses on users and / or subscribers for marketing and promotion purposes. This information is such that no user or subscriber can be individually identified or contacted from that information,
• count the number of times that each page on our site has been visited, but we do not specifically identify any visitors, who remain completely anonymous, and
• use the information with your consent or as otherwise required by law.

We will not disclose, sell, rent, trade your personal information to any other parties, other than as set out above.

Where a user elects to becomes part of a subscription list, such as to receive advance press releases and news, that list is used solely by Yarra Valley Art Show, and is not made available to any other parties. Furthermore, a user can elect to be unsubscribed from such news lists at any time.
